Ken Perfect

Needed a tilt part for a blind. Would be great to save the blind instead of throwing it away. They could get the part but had to return a few days later to collect. Had to modify the hole to make it fit but didnt take long and now works great. Would use again for any parts or repairs. Thanks

Totally impressed by this company, they turned up both days as scheduled. They took the blinds down, cleaned and repaired one blind and returned the next day to refit them. Great service and the invoice was very reasonable and less that I expected. Thank you very much.

I sent my vertical blind to fix. It cost me 57.5. I thought it at least last for a year, but after few week, it didn't work again. I sent it back, they checked and told me that it was a old blind, one part broken, other part would broken soon. last time was fixed one part, now there were another part got problem. They could give me a bit discount to fix again. Why you didn't tell me at first time! If you want to send your blind to fix with them, think again, don't waste your money, they would ask you keep spending money to fix, they would tell you that its normal because it was old blind!

Our family was quoted 30 per sides when my mother rang up. I went to the store and they tried charging me 55. Absolutely appalling prices for a blind cut down service they are by a country mile more expensive than anywhere else and why would I pay significantly more for the cut down service than I would for the blinds. Also the woman there was rude about it when I said I'll have to go somewhere else she said you can go anywhere you like.
