Dealing with Dr Anuj which makes life harder n stressful.Been and seen him.Paid my fees and came home without any solutions. No prescription only invoice in my hand. I requested for my existing tabs.Nothing done.Booked doctors again.Received txt message doctors are not work. Had another phone appointment due covid lock down.still the same.very disappointed. Hope someone looks into this matter and sort it out.

The receptionists, nurses, and my GP at the Henderson branch are so lovely and helpful. Dr Lu'isa is the first affordable doctor I've been to in Auckland who actually listens and explains in detail. I feel like an actual human being here. No place is perfect though. I've had confusion with bookings multiple times, however they always make it right in the end!

Been with the Fono West since their Pasifika days, and quite disappointed to make the move. Love the doctors but can never book an appointment when I need one, they're always fully booked out till next week \u200d️

Excellent Doctors and Nurses! Additionally all other support staff are fabulous & go the extra mile. They clearly take their mission statement "caring is our nature" seriously. This also applies to the Dental department!
