Had an ultrasound appointment today, walked out in tears before it was even done because the lady who was supposed to do my scan made me feel really uncomfortable and even after I stormed out of the room she continued to follow me and argue with me at reception whilst I was trying to rebook my appointment. The receptionist lady had to ask her to walk away because after I repeatedly told her to go away she stayed there insisting on aggravating me. Quite frankly she is rude and needs to learn people skills. She turned something that was supposed to be exciting for me and turned it into a horrible experience and I hope I never have to deal with her again. I don't even want to give it one star but I will only for the receptionist ladies as they were lovely.

Unfortunately I didn't have a very good experience with this clinic. I have sent a letter via email with no reply. The lady who did the scan didn't show any enthusiasm when announcing the gender to us. All of the photos were blurred so unable to use them. Was very rushed and wasn't taking any time for us to see the baby move etc, all done within 20 minutes and didn't feel like I was given much information about the scan and the baby. Came out feeling very disappointed after being so excited to have my 20 week scan. Won't be back again.

Staff at advance ultrasound provides extremely friendly and efficient service, when you have urgent need request by GP. Other major radiology businesses failed offering much assistance. Who are those major radiology? Google radiology they are all showing at top 5 . Advance Ultrasound is a southern cross Affiliated Provider, makes claim much easy.

Went for my scan today. My appointment was delayed by 40 mins and no body cared to inform. The ladies at reception were busy gossiping. When asked how long will it take they said it’s getting delayed might be a long wait for you. 3 kings staff is pretty rude.

The precision upon entering wasn't great. Ladies were 2 busy on 4G. Got denied straight away via referred by our GP nxt Door....hats off to the Royal oak center. My mrs was in so much pain but was never acknowledged or asked for help. Please treat people with respect. Many thanks. CEO .

Extremely polite and friendly staff, and clean facilities with modern equipment. Special shout out to Rebecca for making the ultrasound a lot less anxiety-provoking for me.

Went their for my wife’s pregnancy ultrasound, one of the receptionist was very rude, our appointment was at 3:30pm but we had to wait another 20-30 mins before someone took us inside for scan, while waiting we were able to hear the rude receptionist talking behind people’s back After every phone call or inquiries from someone who walks in. This will be our last visit to this place and I don’t recommend to anyone, but had to say the lady who did the scan was very kind and polite.

Warm and clean entrance, reception staff were polite and explained a slight time delay. Sonographer Leanne was absolutely fabulous with her professionalism and warmth. Would come here again if needed. Thanks.
