Awesome company to deal with. As speedy as any other courier at a fraction of the cost. We use Fastway/Aramex all the time and they are now my preferred courier. Timaru staff are exceptional....very pleased.

Tried for three days on hold for almost an hour each time to get through to the Timaru depot. Never got hold of anybody, and when contacting Timaru delivery driver with number provided online he was unable to provide any contact details for the rural driver who has had my essential item parcel for 6 days now and still undelivered. Have not had a reply via online enquiry form for 6 days. Terrible delivery service, terrible customer service. Do not recommend, take your money and packages to companies who will actually deliver!

As simple as delivery should be from Auckland to Timaru (NO) Got to Timaru and then sent to Dunedin Why you may ask well apparently they say it's my fault because my address has Seaview in it as Dunedin has. And it's my bad luck there answer is. So is the other two packages they lost 4-5 years ago. Also it's my fault that a package was sitting in one of there vans for 9 yes nine days because the van driver could not to be bothered delivering it as well as other people's parcels. now I can't track my package online because there's no updates available . Shame on you Aramex -fastways to them it seems funny I get laughed at as I'm told that it's got to come back from Dunedin. Is this the type of service we have to put up with for goodness sake were not a third world country. And to run a company in this manner is atrocious. No customer service no respect no worries because our company doesn't care about you yes you the customer. You don't expect to get respect from this company. I never received any in anything that has been sent to me. Other courier company's have been brilliant excellent service and they help I've never had anything that other courier companys have not found or helped and more importantly willing to follow up right to my door with updates on the status. Thanks all the other courier company's that's out there and shame ️ on you Aramex-fastways NZ OH and just to let you know Aramax don't give me a dishonest reply on this sight with any of your false apologies. Yet again another stuff up last week 10/10/2020 they delivered my next package to number 37 across the street from me I'm 34 how can they muck that up you may ask well it's clearly the 34 I have on my house and the large 34 on my mailbox can't be read by aramex delivery people and thankful the neighbors a honest person and return it to me funny enough he didn't have any problems finding 34. Thanks aramex your company stuffed up yet again.

Every single time these winners are charged with delivering a parcel to me, they fail. It takes multiple phone calls to figure the mess out. Currently I have been waiting for over a week for an overnight delivery. We live on a state highway on edge of a town with clear numbering of our property, appearantly this is still too much of a challenge for Aramex to find. Changing yr name from Fastways isn't fooling anyone geniuses.

I've used you guys twice (sadly) and my tracking code has never been updated on the trace my order thing.. what is up with that? Parcels are soooooooo slow.
