I have had two surgery's at this place once on my shoulder and one on my foot!!And today is the day of another surgery to extract the staples put in on my foot surgery!.both times I was cared for and operated on incredibly and the surgeon's were professional..I'm hoping that today makes it 3/3 for me,that will surly make me a happy chappy..

I brought my 86 year old mother from Omarama down for a cataract op. She was told to be there by 2 pm. She was finally taken at 4.45 pm. They were aware that we had to travel from Omarama, a 2 hour drive each way. The receptionist couldn't even be bothered to tell me that I could stay with my mother while she waited, leaving get waiting alone, while I waited in the waiting room. The reception person had nearly 20 opportunities to inform me that I could wait with my mother. Disgusting send.
