I went early to get a parking space. It's free out on the main street. The shop is easy to get into. Plenty of space as it's quite big. Friendly, knowledgeable staff, and they give flybuys. Cheers

I have nothing against the staffs, they were marvelous and very helpful. Probably a bit more about this "price promise" policy of their. I was trying to purchased the earbuds which being advertised at 379.99 at their store, but only 318 on a certain website, but they said they can't prove that it is legit. It gets better. I ended up borough the earbuds online, and guess who delivering it? - Noel Leeming.... Lol, thumps up to staffs, great service.

I think the staff need all to be retrained, as I had a very upsetting experience with 3 of them all at once... And that's includes the manage at the time. I went above his head and spoke to his boss, and he wS fantastic,, he new how to handle the situation with ease hats off to him but all the timaru need high training. I won't be going back there..

Good products and prices bgt customer service could be improved. On 2 occasions have made purchases which have been told are available in a few days. After waiting the delays and excuses begin. My last purchase was from the manager himself and promised delivery in 2 to 3 days. A week later he can't remember saying that. Product still hasn't left supplier!

I'm so glad that this Noel Leeming Store in Timaru was so lovely at helping me with my issues. I called my local store, all what they told me is to call the manufacturer customer service which totally sucks! But this store is totally amazing at handling a call. That's what you get guys a 5 out of 5!! Jamie was so friendly and nice to help me regarding about my product and he is very happy to help his customer with a friendly personality!!! I hope all Noel Leeming are like this. Keep it up guys! Amazing Customer service! Friendly staff!
