I have always received exceptionally great service from Vetlife Timaru. Dries has been my dogs vet for 7 years and has performed a number of surgeries on her, Dries always shows so much compassion and care for my dog with our best interest in mind. Most recently he performed a surgery on her and two days later we received a follow up phone call to check on how she was doing. Thank you so much for always been great to work with :)

So I took my sick budgie here yesterday. Even tho the veterinary couldn't find anything wrong, my budgie was treated with an injection & given an extra 4 days supply of meds. I'm rating you with one star as I felt deceived later on hearing from other resources that this vet doesn't really deal with birds. Why wasn't I informed up front that birds are not their expertise? In the mean time my bird is still poorly.

Overly expensive. No continuity with vets as they change too often. Has a cattery on the premises but stressful for your pets as too close to the dogs that are being cared for there that get damned noisy. Very small and carpark only holds half a dozen cars max with no off-street parking as on a corner of busy streets. Entrance /exit right by roundabout so quite dangerous and poorly designed setup.
Always doing the best thing for our pets, both at practice & boarding. Caring professional service.
more interested in the money than my pet , was turned away with a sick dog even when the bill could be paid in full 4 days later , totally disgusted
