Was extermly disappointing. Traveled 2 hours for appointment went to Timaru not realising it was washdyke. we rang them when we did h We had turned around and was travelling back one minute past the wave time he refused to do the test. The question has to be asked is this really a money making revenue for vtnz. Firstly making children wait to be able to sit test or having to travel to sit them. Secondly if they want to to change an appointment they have to repay the fee. Not in this case however if they are unfortunate enough to have to resit they have to repay the fee yes we were late however we were not that late that he couldn't have done the test. He got paid and had time to eat breakfast. 8am in the morn. fortunately for us the test was taken on the following Monday travelled 10 minutes to get there and her driving instructor was extremely impressed with how she had driven. policies need to be looked at or more driving instructor / testers need to be employed.
