Sewing is nearly always done for an upcoming purpose or an occasion. When the machine light is still working and the foot pedal doesn't, and it is the Christmas-New Year break, who would repair my 34 year Jenome over-locker? I found Robert, who repaired my my machine in front of me and sent me on my way. He also has repaired sewing machines, of which I will be purchasing one over the nest few months. Thank-you Robert

Robert was very helpful and pleasant to deal with. He has recently fixed my sewing machine twice. The second time was when a lever broke which normally raises the sewing foot. Even though there was no available parts for my machine he machine tooled and attached a metal lever which works perfectly and will never break again. Both times Robert fixed my machine within 24 hours and the repair bill was reasonable. Highly recommended!

We had a tight deadline on curtains we were making and then disaster, the sewing machine stopped. I Googled the nearest sewing machine repair outlet and found Robert. It was Auckland Anniversary Monday and already after 5pm but I phone anyway. Robert said bring it over now so I did. The machine had several problems so was expecting it to take a couple of days to fix. Robert said he’d fix it the next day but at about 7:30pm (2 hours after I dropped it off) I got a call and he’d already fixed it. He knew it was urgent and went out of his way to help us out. I cannot speak too highly of him. The man’s a miracle worker.
