Best experience I've had at a Welington tyre store. My daughter and I went in with her Toyota, Phil was very friendly, professional, knew the options very well and took the time to find the best option for the vehicle. No rush, no pressure. Went with a new set of Bridgestones and a Wheel Alignment and my car was ready to pick up on time. I have previously used Beaurepaires (average service) and Tyre Clinic (arrogant service) in the area but now would not hesitate to return to Tony's Cambridge Terrace.

Phil is an absolute legend. I went by Tony's the other weekend as I heard the most awful noise in my wheel. With no appointment and not much time to spare, the guys at Tony's were happy to help regardless of how busy they were. When all hope in fixing the problem was lost, Phil never gave up and managed to solve the problem. He allowed me to get on the road as apposed to a Saturday filled with visits to car repair locations. Couldn't recommend him and the team highly enough. Thank you Phil, you are the GOAT (greatest of all time).

Excellent customer service. Went in for a puncture repair, and while my vehicle was on the hoist they spotted a nail in one of my other tyres. Both were safely repaired, and the repairs were free as I was an existing customer. All sorted within an hour. Excellent service from young Mat and manager Phil. Have been a customer at this branch for several years now and this is why. Top notch!

Really disappointed! After a flat tyre we went there to get a new tyre. Unfortunately they messed up and put the new tyre on a wrong car rim and told us „our“ car rim suddenly doesn’t fit our van anymore. Now we are driving back and forth to get a new car rim and the employees won’t even admit their mistakes. Let alone the costs and wasted time
