Dave Allan Taylor is not a qualified building inspection and he is not NZIBI member, he mislead misleaded and misrepresented his building report and Dave Allan Taylor First Choice House Inspections 2018 Ltd currently removed from NZ companies register. He continues to trading which in breach. Dave Allan Taylor's building report missed out serious structure issues of our house, we brought a leaking roof house, leaking gutters, leaking down pipe, rotten purlins, rotten timber at the ceiling, rotten timber at the basement, rotten subfloor (eaten by bora), rotten bathroom subfloor that without consented, flooded garden, flooded basement that without consented ,useable brand new rang hood(failed NZ building code), leaking toilet, leaking kitchen, bathroom sink. We engaged First Choice to investigate and report on an on-going issue with a roof leak at a rental property. David from First Choice responded immediately, arranged access with the tenant, attended and investigated the issue and provided an excellent report with very good photos.
