For me when dealing with is type of business it's all about service and the attitude of the people. In both these criteria the result was better than expected. Problems solved, challenges eliminated.the auto shop was clean and tidy and the rental options cost effective. This business deserves the support the covid challenge demands

Despite slight misgivings at the gruffness and vagueness which came across on the phone, Russell and his team came through for us. We had a failed bolt on an in-line bike carrier and couldn't have got home to Dunedin on NYD without the patch he applied. This he did efficiently. Thank you Russell and team
The garage counted 5 liters of oil for my car, which needs only 3.7l And also charged 170!! for labour for replacing cv boot - lol, job for half and hour when you have a couple of sockets. And they were doing that for 2.5hrs! DON'T RECOMMEND
Our rented motorhome broke down. These guys went well out of their way to get us back on the road. very pleased, as they helped us out of a very troublesome situation. excellent service
Our car fell in a ditch near the highway going towards Twizel and Russel helped us get the car out. He also gave us a lift to the hotel. Such a kind soul! Super grateful!!
I would never recommend this company to anyone. The owner of this company Russell Armstrong Side swiped one of our vehicles. He then brought the parts in that were smashed, he dumped them out of sight before entering our shop. Not once did he say what he had done. Once I phoned him (have it all on camera) he denied it till I told him he was on camera. Now he’s trying to defraud the insurance company. what a piece of work.
