We went for a meal on a very busy Easter Sunday. The staff were very busy but friendly and efficient The food was very good. The portions plentiful and oh so tasty. Very good pub food. Nice range of craft beers.

We came here after reading a sea of fairly poor reviews for other places in Twizel, seems like either Twizel gets some tough reviewers or the standard of food ain’t great. However we had a good experience here, chicken burger was great, beef burger was great. Kids meals ok. Friendly service, and speedy despite it being a busy Friday night. Definitely worth a look if you’re in town.
Fantastic service from Claire who made sure we were accommodated early even though it was very busy. Service was fast and the food awesome. Best place for a great dinner in Twizel. Definitely would visit again.
Great environment but the food makes it. A beef burger is always a disappointment for me if I order one. This was the best burger that I've ever tasted and I mean ever. A simple menu exceptionally delivered. Well worth a return visit
This place was delicious. We went to dinner and the food was delicious. I included photos of the calamari, pork belly, and salmon pizza we had this night and it was all so good. That night I think it was busy and there was a slight delay in service but nothing out of the ordinary. They have a full bar, plenty of options for food, and also an outside dinning area. I would go back and try the other pizzas they offer.
We liked the outdoor setting and the range of craft beers. Food was the best thing ever. I likes the big old photo of the origins of Twizel. Andreas and the other staff members gave us great service. Our 8 year old liked having the playground infront. Keep up the good work.
Had a great weekend in Twizel eating (and drinking) but really a highlight was my meal on Saturday evening. I chose the lamb and boy did I choose well! It was delicious. Thank you
Excellent! We hadn't made a booking but luckily got seated straight away. Staff were very friendly. We ordered the Buffalo cauliflower bites and they were absolutely delicious!!!! The beef burger my partner really enjoyed and said it was great. The vege pizza too was great ! Would definitely recommend for both vegetarians and meat eaters :)
