1st class service! Ladies at front desk were very nice and very helpful, and Chris fixed our campervan windows in less than an hour...He even put insulation on the temporary repair as we told him our last night with the broken windows had been very cold...what a service! Our holidays can continue thanks to you all!

So grateful for this place. Was stranded with a no start car and they made time in their incredibly busy schedule to diagnose my issue, get my car started, and get me back on the road. The entire time showing that they were truly invested in me and my vehicle and offering any advice they could. Thank you!!
Definitely the worst experience in NZ! If you want to lose money and have nothing properly fixed, they have you covered! You will not only wait ridiculous amount of time, you will also be provided with poor service and in the end your car will be in a worse condition than in the start. I was convinced by them that because of the job done by someone else they couldn't do the wheel alignment properly, had to pay for it anyway. VTNZ and other garage said it was all correct but in a result I had to throw away almost new tires after only few months.
