Booked pick up at Wainui carpark for Abel Tasman track two months ago. Received an email saying service is cancelled on Feb 15, when I was on the track at the hut. They said it was because there’s no public bus service under alert level 2. But other shuttle bus companies and water taxi companies were still operating following alert level 2 guidelines. Got refund but they still took 10% transaction fee. No service and I lost my money and I had to sort out transportation when I was doing the walk with poor wifi connection and reception. Highly not recommended.

I might admit I have fault for not jumping up immediately and asking but I missed the coach becuse They rolled up to the bus depot I was sitting right there looking at the driver the driver dident look around or wind down the window she stayed in the car which I thought she would get out as i would have things to in the trailer I had prebooked so she new there was someone to pick up or should have and I expected an atlest to half get to yell something but she dident I was just about to get up and knock on the window when she drove off this all happened in about 10 seconds when I called they said they dont turn off the car and that's what they do and that they cant help me further until the next shuttle on firday 2 days time. Like I said I could have rushed over and knocked on the window but I guess I am hesitant approaching a veichal that's still on whith the driver in the seat I would expect atlest the window wound down as I was a couple meters away and ask about anyone who has a booking. Anyway I'm now stuck and looking for a way to get to where I was going

Thank you Diane for your faultless driving. You drive with the comfort and safety of your passengers as a top priority. No lurching around corners and accelerating and braking violently... I'd think the vehicles under your care would last longer too.
