A very professional company. We had a great guide who knew how to manage a diverse group such as ours. The mountain bike track was very tricky for beginners. The lunch was a delicious sandwich with snack bars and hot drinks. The river rafting was fun and our guide had good knowledge of the rapids and the river. We would recommend this trip to others.

What a great experience! Totally awesome. Amazing scenery. Beautiful wildlife. And the rapids are a blast. Our guides Justin and Mitch were fantastic.
5 stars for the service. Facilities include: shuttle from the office to the river, food, full equipment, photos, and a guide. Staff were friendly. A lady (looked like the owner or manager) was realt hospitable. However,the track itself was not that challenging and not worth the price. Well cant complain about that because its by the nature.
We loved the Family Float. It was a really great introduction for the kids with a good balance of excitement and relaxing to look at the scenery - we got to see a pair of blue ducks and hear about the conservation project to protect them. Our guide was entertaining and informative - we rated him 6 out of 5 stars
100% Highly recommended. We had a fantastic time with our guide Justin. He is very experienced and knowledgeable guide as well as full of passion in water rafting. We did cliff jump, boat spin and "fly" on the rock. Lol. And we hire a bike from them after the water rafting for the Tongariro River Trail, they provide a good quality bike and the trail rides was so pleasant. Thanks to the young pretty lady from the reception (forgot to ask her name) for all the info and bike hire, and thanks for the yummy sandwich and hot drink after the water rafting.
My extended family (10 of us) came along and had an awesome day. My raft had Gypsy and he was great! We felt super safe and comfortable while also having a fun time. They provided hot drinks and chocolate fish half-way through as well as soup and bread when we returned which was really top-notch and a nice surprise! Can't recommend enough :)
