Bill is a rare person. He takes old books and repairs them. He has done 3 for us and every cent has been well spent. Well worth considering to repair books. His motto is "Don't despair think repair".

I was lent a book, which sadly was damaged when a cup of tea was upset over it. I was not able to buy a new hardback version, so asked Bill Tito to repair it, so that the owners would NOT know that it had been damaged. When the book was ready, Bill told me that he could not get the same paper, so the new pages were very obvious. Plus, he decided to add a ribbon as a bookmark which the original book did not have. It cost, then, 45NZ, twice what an obviously new book would have cost!
