Easy to book and change appointments, dropped the car off and even got a lift to work. Came back later and car ready on time, they had even washed and vacuumed it.

We're the mugs who bought a Suzuki Grand Vitara from you -- only to find out when the car was driven down here to Queenstown that the CD player doesn't work. Not a murmer. And now the power steering is giving up the ghost -- whining and screaming when you turn the wheel. You can hear the noise outside the vehicle, it's that bad. But we're just a couple of old guys doddering about in our dotage. You can easily brush us aside. We emailed your driver John about the CD player, but he said they don't cover 'things like that.' And now with the power steering causing problems for us, it doesn't look good. Does it, David? "I would understand if you were to bring this to my attention at the time." you told us. David . . . ? We DID.
