Not impressed. Went to look at a hybrid chr. There wasnt one in. Staff member took our phone number and said will have one in a couple of days and call. Never heard anything back. Been back to King Toyota and not one in - nearly 2 weeks ago. Great service! We wont be buying a new car from them anytime soon.

Had to deal with them a while back with an airbag recall. They somehow managed to disconnect my driver side speaker on the same day I picked my vehicle up from the airbag job. Their mechanic and management staff wouldn't claim responsibility for the damage and kept brushing it off as coincidence (RIGHT AFTER THE AIRBAG WAS REPLACED). They said they will look into it but if it wasn't their fault they would charge a fee, really shady work ethics at play here.
