Lincraft has a great selection of wool and everything crafty. Runs a loyalty card service as well.

Great store with a very wide range of products but it seems they've dropped balls off actual wool - it's all acrylic now. What a shame.

The customer service team for Lincraft are just fabulous. I had an order not show up and they worked with me to find out what happened and resend my items. I spoke to the same service representative the whole time, based in New Zealand, and it was clear that they really care about their customers and take pride in their business. It was a totally painless experience and completely alleviated my anxiety of having all that week's 'fun money' lost in the post! Thank you!
