Had an appointment here today. The optometrist was excellent and the customer service was fantastic. Frames were reasonably priced too! Southern Cross members get a discount on lenses as well as a free eye test.

Customer service is amazing. Got some new glasses and have had a few issues when i look to the left or right (No fault of theirs). Im now on my third different lense which im still getting used too. But the staff have been extremely good and have gone out of there way to help me get this right. Surprised they dont run and hide when they see me coming they did say they would haha. Anyway thanks for all the help. Ill be back in a few days to let you know how these lenses are. Hopefully will be good news. Thanks. Keep up the good service.

My daughter and I shopped here today for some new glasses for our 3 year old granddaughter...who was extremely tired after her circus date with her Koro. Kate was absolutely fantastic with us. So patient and informative. What an asset to the store. We now have 2 pair coming with insurance too. Well done Kate!

Their customer service is pathetic, Already paid for glass, picked up , ringing me after weeks and asking money, showed my bank statement still wants receipt, who keeps receipt after weeks. go and see doctor, rare case
