I bought 2 black tallboys and the condition it arrived in was shocking, it had been scratched and chipped. It came wrapped so I don't know where that happened but I am not very happy as to the state it was in when we took it out of the box. But otherwise the size is good, good storage space, there is just a gap at the bottom that doesn't look too good but you don't really see it.

Thank You to the lovely young lady who helped me out with a new chain and handbag yesterday. The chain was for my silver cricket bat, and she showed the perfect chain for it. I have dealt with her, in the past, and she always has a smile and is very helpful. I think her name was Scarlett

I went to the store last Friday and requested a stock transfer from the Warehouse in Napier. Today I called to just ensure all is tracking well, when I spoke to the lady her excuse was we have struggled to get hold of the Napier branch. That's unacceptable two days to get hold of someone, is rather pathetic. I was advised originally that my Verona bar table and chairs will be here by Friday. If they havent bothered to get hold of the Napier branch, I find it highly unlikely they will meet there commitment......
Quite a large store which is located upstairs in the Upper Hutt Mall. Good range of reasonably priced goods. The way things are going with the Warehouse Group at the moment, you may have to get in quick before they close this one down too.
Was going 2 give a 5star but when i ring 2 night i got poor customer service the person i spoke 2 kept ova talkin ova me. Then they hang up on me.
Great shop, good bargains but for heavens sake please sort that queueing system for the checkouts - Warehouse managers. Get in the wrong line and you are there far longer than necessary plus if the timing is wrong customers who joined queues long after you are served out of turn. Its 2019 Warehouse ltd not 1960s department store service
The store manager does not honor the consumer guarantees act. I purchased a scooter that was advertised as 8 online for my son. When it was delivered it was a 6, too short for my soon to be 9 year old. When there was a price difference between what I paid and what I had actually ordered he refused to even give me a discount. In fact informing me I was wrong without actually reading the product description on the scooter I had ordered. I find Upper Hutt Warehouse generally good for on the floor assistance. But have never had a positive experience with customer service or management. I ultimately got a refund. Sat outside and ordered the best version of the scooter from Famers for a small amount more. I wont waste my time with Upper Hutt Warehouse again.
