Great store, haven't been for awhile, wow the new management have done quite the makeover, and still going. The fish area has grown significantly, great pricing too. Will be back, good luck.

Good range of products especially for fish and birds. Not huge range for cats and dogs. Massive area of aquariums with tropical and cold water fish. Average prices. Parking.

They said my rabbit that I bought was a girl but it turned out to be a boy and wouldnt take him back and it also happened to 2 of my other friends who bought a rabbit from there and they also sold me a pack of mealworms that were supposed to be alive but they were definitely dead

Despite me showing interest in a pup a week beforehand, they waited until pick up day to demand cash only (2200) presumably to avoid GST, but did not pass any of that saving on to myself. Yes I did ask, in text, for a cash discount. Even the pet food and collar were a direct transfer so they would have saved the GST on them too.
