We were unable to get a table on short notice but got offered this lovely picnic in the garden, which actually turned out to be perfect. The views are stunning. The food was yummy, freshly made hummus, breads, sauces. My 3 year old daughter loved the prawns! Great.

It was such a memorable lunch , service was perfect , the setting of the restaurant is beautiful , it is by far the best Spanish food and best view restaurant on Waiheke . It is on the cliff top and is full of art and mosaic art pieces are so unique to walk around and to enjoy even outdoor picnic , the waitress will bring food to u outside and u can sit on the picnic mat if u want to it that way. Beautiful garden and surroundings, is like hidden gem . We had seafood paella as main to share , it was divine!

I strongly suggest making a booking asking for the window seats for a great view. They suffered from understaffing like a lot of places on Waiheke I've visited. Difficult to get staff attention as they are constantly in a rush and not looking around. The food was pretty good but the portions are very small, the paella especially was around half the size of others I've tried. They might have ridden their popularity a little too long and let their guard down.

The wine tasting was disappointing - 18 for a tasting of 5 wines but no information about them - just go to the bar, pay your money and get the wines. However the food is well worth going for. If you are going on the weekend you would be well advised to book to get a table as it is very busy ... and justifiably so.

I’m so thankful I came here with for Amy Sunday lunch. The welcome, the ambiance, the staff, the cuisine and wine are world class! I’m afraid to write a review as they are always so busy!!! Also in my hurry to catch a taxi, I left my backpack and when I called Cat arranged to courier it back to me in Auckland! That’s truly above and beyond!!!!

We make it our mission to visit Casita Miro when we visit Waiheke. Headed yesterday with friends and were not disappointed. Although we arrived quite late in the afternoon, staff were super accomodating and we had the pleasure of having the wonderful Hannah deliver an excellent wine tasting - so good she converted our non-wine drinking pal. Food. Drinks. People. Place. Stunning.

We were underwhelmed with the slow and at times rude service. Food pricing was expensive for what you get. 65 jug of sangria is fine for Ibiza, not NZ. The outlook to the ocean was lovely, and that saved the experience.
