During my stay on the island, I had three private sessions with Charlotte which we're outstanding, to say the least. The way she explained each exercise was simple and effective. My body felt awesome after each session! I also managed to get an appointment with Nick for some physio/connect therapy for a recent shoulder injury. It was a really unique style of treatment which had profound results both that day and the day after. I highly recommend a session with both Nick and Charlotte, as they are highly complementary to one another. Side note - the space is aesthetically divine and appealing! Thanks team. I'll be back when I return to Waiheke next!

Nick and Charlotte are nothing short of miracle workers. They helped to correct an ongoing injury that presented during the year that was, working from home in a less-than-ideal working station set-up. I had tried a couple of other practitioners, which did see an improvement for a while, but nothing seemed sustainable. The irritation and uncomfortable aches would always come back. At Connect Studio I’ve found the holistic combination of Physio treatment from Nick, who is able to actually identify and uncover the cause of the issue (rather than focus on the symptomatic niggles), coupled with the strength training via Pilates with Charlotte, a total game changer and I’d highly recommend them to anyone with prolonged issues. Don’t just get treated, get the issue fixed.
Nick and Charlotte are incredible in what they do, and really understand the body. The studio is beautiful and clean. Excellent for recovery from injury also.
Through a combined program of Physio and Pilates with Nick and Charlotte, after only a few weeks I already feel they have helped me more than any other wellness professional has been able to over the years of my health journey. They are both professional, highly experienced and keep it fun. I would highly recommend Connect studio
I feel soo much better can breath and walk and sit pretty freely after Only one treatment with Nick - I’ve never had such a quick response to hurting my back like that !! Yesterday I could hardly breath or sit down without agony and today I feel so much better. Nick spent a over an hour with me assessing then treating me. Also included showing me on a special ultra sound machine how to engage your core muscles properly . Thank you Nick!
I’m so excited about Connect studio opening on Waiheke, I have been with Charlotte for over 6 months personal training and love the professionalism and knowledge she has towards Pilates and your body and mind. Cant wait to work out in the new studio - I have had one session in there already and it looks amazing !! Check out the Sauna if you get the chance ! I would highly recommend this team to look after you.
Ive been to so many physios over the years and Nick is by far the best Ive seen. I got a really thorough un-rushed assessment, a really firm rub down, acupuncture and an easy home treatment plan. The clinic is so beautiful, almost spa like. I cant wait to go back and try out the stunning pilates studio and have an infrared sauna A very welcomed addition to Waiheke
