I had a wonderful time staying in The Panorama over Christmas. Koi Roc is truly exceptional! Professionally managed, superbly appointed and pure quality. The views are amazing too. Perfect for a family or romantic escape for couples. Worth every cent.

WOW! The rare occasion the photos don't do a place justice! This place is amazing. Perfectly situated with stunning views. Batch Winery only a very short walk up the hill is top notch. Jo made booking a breeze! We will be back for sure.

I booked this for our son for his honeymoon and it was all so easy. Great communication from owners, friendly and helpful. My son and his new wife said they really enjoyed their stay :-) The weather wasn't the best but they still did lots of things and would definitely go back. Everything was clean and tidy and they had all they needed. Very happy with both the booking and their stay. Would recommend.

We stayed at Koi Roc and would recommend this property to everyone we know. It was an ideal place for my husband and I to wind down and enjoy the spectacular surroundings. It was a very tidy clean property with fantastic views. Highly recommended. A

Booked out "The Pad" for the the night with my partner, what a location and what a view! Loved how simple the 'check in' process was, felt we could get relaxing straight away. Would have loved to have taken advantage of the porch/bbq but weather wasn't as ideal, so instead we made great use of the indoor area and board games. Highly recommended.

Koi Roc is a pure sanctuary of relaxation & completely give a feeling of wellbeing. I stayed here in March 2014 & was blown away by the welcome I received from Shayne & Jo, the breathtaking views, the comfort & cleanliness of The Pad. There are plenty of things to see & do on Waiheke Island including wine tastings at the stunning vineyards, dining at some amazing restaurants, walking across the hilltops admiring the views or simply sitting with a good book! Whatever you choose to do, the best place to stay is undoubtedly Koi Roc....I've already booked my next trip in January 2015 and wholeheartedly recommend to anyone going to Waiheke to stay here!

Our stay in 'The Pad' at Koi Roc was absolutely perfect. The secluded location has the most serene ocean outlook and privacy, yet is just a short walk from two great Wineries/Restaurants: 'Batch' and 'Peacock Sky'. We thoroughly enjoyed the stunning Bathroom decor and quality linen throughout. Was great to be able cook a Kiwi-Brekkie on the BBQ to enjoy on deck chairs overlooking the sea... we will definitely go back!

We recently vacationed for a second time at Koi Roc in two years and had an absolutely amazing stay both times. Shayne and Jo's beautiful home that overlooks the bay is the perfect place we needed for some quite relaxation. Looking out the window you view Rocky Bay in its pristine glory and twittering birds provide the soundtrack. Watching the sunset from the deck is an unforgettable experience and watching the canopy of stars unfold at night gives you a sense of your place in the cosmos. This really is a rare spot on the earth to enjoy nature at its glorious best. We went for long walks along the numerous tracks all around Koi Roc as it lies at the border of the Wakhanewha Regional Park and the access to Cascade Trail is about 3 minutes away. Most importantly, it is Shayne and Jo's personal touch as they open their home and heart to visitors, that leaves one with the feeling that you have spent your vacation at a friend's holiday home and not at some rented accommodation. Highly recommended for nature lovers and those seeking some peace and quite away from hectic lives.
