Your review: Perfect views and perfect location. House exceeded expectations, everything you need is there. Loved the wee front deck, was lovely to sit out at night and watch a full moon rise over the bay. Beach literally 2 min walk away, as was bus stop. Will definitely book again.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at Palm Beach Magic! The house was perfect for our needs and we felt so comfortable. The spa and pizza oven was a great bonus. The views amazing! Would definately return! Waiheke Holiday Homes have a great team and was a breeze to deal with.
We had a fantastic weekend. House had everything we needed, very handy to Oneroa village and beaches. Plenty of room, comfortable beds and awesome backyard.
Perfect place to spend the summer break. We were here in a large group for a week and the house was perfect. Close to shops & beach meant no major travel costs. Would highly recommend and will definitely be back to stay!
Fabulous spot.Spent a lot of time sitting on the deck and watching the world pass by. Anakiwa is perfect for a holiday-well equipped,comfortable beds,nice powerful shower,great fridge/freezer,TV,chromecast and stereo setup. The BBQ looked good but we didn't use it. Minor fault was Aircon stopped working on day 1.Contacted manager who dealt with the problem within a few hours but was unable to get a technician till the day before we left (long weekend problem). Would have been nice to have on in the evenings but during the day there was a good airflow through the house. Made good use of local restaurants and vineyards. Will definately consider this spot highly for our next holiday on Waiheke. Good email contact with Waiheke Holiday homes when booking.
We had a fantastic 4 nights at Blue Horizon. It is a great location and we loved being a stone's throw from the beach and to the three restaurants on The Strand; and The Beach House which does great coffee. The accommodation was excellent. The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable, bathroom was prisitine and the kitchen was well appointed and had everything we needed. Two nice big couches in the living room were both comfortable. As others have noted it would be great to have an outdoor umbrella to provide a little shade but apart from that this is a top property. And the team at Waiheke Holiday Homes were great to deal with. We loved it and we'll be back.
Quite possibly one of the most unprofessional businesses I have ever dealt with. They do not understand the law and charge high cancellation fees when they cannot even service your accommodation (due to covid restrictions) have incredibly onerous terms and claim you are bullying them if you state that their policies may be in breach of the FTA and/or the CA. Do not recommend. EDIT: In response to your comment below, this just shows the unprofessionalism I am talking about. Your terms are clearly written by a solicitor - therefore it is not bullying for someone who is a solicitor to bring to your attention that you are quite possibly not acting in accordance with the law. You seem to think it is perfectly fine to enforce strict terms written by lawyers on everyone else but do not like it when someone says that you may be acting in breach of of the FTA and CA. It only takes a google search to see that Consumer NZ has raised complaints against other accommodation companies for the same cancellation fees. I have brought your company to their attention.
We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful place with a magnificent view. The rooms and kitchen were all spacious and well catered for our needs. The beds are comfy, very clean toilet and bath. We didn't mind the steep drive going to the property as the ocean view are all worth it! We stayed during winter and the rooms were warm and cozy. Thank you so much for accommodating us.
