This place was packed but we didn't have to wait too long for our food. Everything was good, the snapper and chips where nice but a little greasy. The burgers were fresh but could have done with a little more sauce or mayo. Good serving sizes and reasonably prices

Overpriced, 2 for crab stick with flour on it (under mixed batter?). 6 piece of “Terakihi”The worst fish I’ve ever eaten, frozen or old...? Thick oily batter. Wouldn’t sell us 1/2 scoop of chips, had to buy whole scoop so went without. It’s such a shame the one and only fish & chip shop in town is rubbish...

My fish and chips were soggy! Especially the batter. I was expecting the same quality of golden and crisps fries like on the posted photos in all the other reviews. My scoop of chips was also smaller compared... No thanks.

Seating outside on sturdy seats able to hold my weight, with cheap combos such as 3 fish, 3 potato fritters and a scoop of chips for 17. They still use newspaper to wrap up the chips and will gladly take clean newspapers. Potato fritters were huge, fish were very fresh. Handy to the gift shops and the beach, well worth the visit.
