Worst service of my life, waiting for half an hour in the drive through, get to the window and then they start preparing your food. Looked into the kitchen and it was terrible, dirt on the floor and the kitchen counter where they prepared my food was also disgusting dirty. Asked the server why is it not cleaned up and said they don't have time for it and will do it at closing time, wanted to ask her why they don't get more staff but she shoved my food through the window and shutting it. Went inside to see the manager and waited for another half hour so they can serve the 5 people in front of me. When asking speak to the manager I was informed it was the lady at the window whom was the one that was rude to me and the front server was also pretty arrogant so I just left and will never go back to KFC Waihi.

Busy KFC, handy drive thru and mobility parking.
Why? I had not had kfc for a few years. I had good memories of kfc s buckets. I had a 3 pieces combo. The chicken: decent portion of battered chicken tasting good enough. A standard fizzy drink. Good. The fries; not good, eatable but not good. Bread roll; white industrial bread, not tasting great, but (first why) why would you need a bread roll. If I want bread I go to a bakery not a take away. Gravy and mash potatoes; why would you want that next to your chicken? And it was such a bad taste, how come one day a guy at kfc head office decided to add it to the menu? Not a great experience, to say the least.
Didn't give us our proper meal.and noone was cleaning down tables or monitoring in between. Did enjoy the food thoigh. And staff is friendly.
One old lady stuff was perfect management, was busy but all organized with smile. Easter monday lunch time
It was good, but our order wasn't right and we didn't have time to go back and get it put right. Hope others don't have the same problem.
