Most of the staff are awesome and so understanding when I have to bring my toddler with me.. but the ones that aren't make it very clear. Apart from that, food always fresh but the range is average

Plenty of friendly staff, clean premises, well presented stock, easy to find most items I'm after & a Lotto outlet too.
Great service and a good range of products is the only reason for 3x stars... The "pricing" will forever be (in my opinion) why this New World will never hit that 5-star score...
