We recently ran a webinar series, when looking into getting these series transcribed I got 3 quotes, one company was much cheaper and their website was much more appealing however I decided to give them a call, the lady I got on the phone was so impersonal and wasn’t really interested in our project at all. I finally found Julie & the Team at Streamline Dictation and upon ringing them got such great service and that became the deciding factor! We are a kiwi family owned & operated business with 6 core values that are the fore front of our company. It was refreshing to get personal customer service & I have to say both Julie & Vickie was great! I enjoyed their personal touches in their emails!
