I've use Kapiti Law for several different parts of their service including property, commercial, trusts and employment law. On every single interaction I have found them to be friendly, knowledgeable, reliable and professional. I cannot speak highly enough of them and thoroughly recommend them.
Excellent law firm. I've used them for a variety of things over the years including wills, a relationship agrteement, property sales and purchases, and with setting up powers of attorney. They are so good I have also recommended them to my friends and family - who have all been very happy with them as well. They are easy to deal with, helpful, explain things in plain english, and have reasonable rates. Couldn't ask for better legal assistance. :)
Always great service
Mr Ranford needs to learn that he must thoroughly check all possible rules applying to a situation and not make ill-founded assumptions. He also needs to learn to double-check dates as well as check the spelling of people's names. He must learn to be polite -- failing to answer a question that he is asked and, when it is repeated, rudely responding is improper behaviour The same applies to 'shouting' at people in all capital letters in e-mails. There are a few good lawyers in Waikanae -- Mr Randford is not one of them.
