Family friends put me onto mi-swift to get me to the airport (very early morning). The booking system is very easy giving you options to do it online or calling. There was good communication from booking to their arrival so I knew they would turn up! Thank you to Graham my driver! Will definitly be using mi-swift again.

I ordered the taxi over the phone, it was super easy and simple. I had a txt message come tru confirming it ( I don’t use apps) and then another txt with estimated arrival time , drivers and car details. I ordered it in advance, and it was 6 minutes early for the arrival, which was perfect! As I managed to get the earlier train. ( my destination was train station ) The driver was lovely, professional, punctual, the car was spacious( which is a bonus with my tall height). And my suitcases fit perfectly in the boot. It was very tidy, clean and I loved that it was I higher stile of car ( don’t remember the model, and not a car person), it was easy to get in and out of ( considering a back injury I have) And I was surprised at the low rate too. Yet another bonus! Overall, I was VERY happy! Definitely recommend! Will be using this company again for sure!
The application doesn't booking a taxi in advance unless it's at least a day in advance. What's the point in a taxi booking application if you can't book a taxi on the day you want it?
Found Mi-Swift fantastic to use. Easy to book online - great communication all the way through the process. I was worried about making connections from train to taxi to Kapiti Island ferry to be on time, but because of the clear communication coming thru via text as to driver / vehicle to look for on arrival, nothing could have been easier. Graham was a great driver. A service. Wonʻt hesitate to use them again. Keep up the great work guys!!!
Have used this service twice now, they are really friendly and will go out of their way for the customer. Also extremely great value, highly recommended.
