Such a great pharmacy. An excellent range of gifts that they gift wrap beautifully. I also go here for prescriptions. A very friendly team, definitely recommend!

Normally I quite enjoy a sniff around the gift department to buy local at Christmas, but I was very disappointed last weekend to find I paid 11 more for an item than for exact the same thing at Life Pharmacy in Coastlands. Left a very sour taste!

Very upsetting to have a pharmacist question medication prescribed by doctor and its use. To top it off another sales lady then went on about same thing. Got me so concerned had to phone my surgery and question dr. Who reconfirmed reason I was prescribed and needed medication. Found it unnecessary and upsetting. Pharmacists ste not drs and shouldn't judge.

Disappointing experience at Westbury Pharmacy, considering the past reviews. Were ignored for some time, until we were finally served by a very vague and dismissive staff member. Allowed another customer to aggressively interact with us, and then walked away without any closure or answers. Very awkward, will be going to the Unichem from now on! (Where I’ve only had good service!)

Very unhelpful and rude. When we were finally served (after waiting around very obviously at the counter) a rude customer intercepted the question and when we turned around to find out more, the pharmacist had wandered off. Not impressed. Use the other pharmacists in Waikanae if you can!
