Recently purchased a e-bike conversion kit here and was very impressed with the service not to mention the good quality kit and very competitive price. Rex took the time to call me after I had placed my order and confirm a couple of details. The order was shipped very promptly (I ordered late Wednesday and it was on my doorstep on Friday afternoon).
Our experience was the purchase of e-scooters. Which we love. And appear to be robust, reliable, and really good quality. But we also observed the e-bike offerings while we were there, and have to say, that when it’s e-bike time for us, we’ll be coming here. The retro fit option appears very very popular. Location is rural residential, easy to find, just out of Matamata
