Awesome experience. Very helpful, professional. Priced very reasonably. Quick turnaround on the job and supplied courtesy car. Would highly recommend. Not only helped me get my money back from the workshop that caused the leak and supported me through the process, but actually took the time to demonstrate the issue with the wrong part to me in terms I could understand. Especially when you consider they had nothing to gain from helping me with my dispute with the other firm.Thanks guys, really appreciated your assistance.

Luckily haven't even got to using their service yet but just calling them was a nightmare as the guy I spoke to was so rude and unhelpful I ended the call. If that's how they treat potential customers I want nothing to do with them.

This place charged 1000 to replace 2 seals, called it a recondition and called it a day. We didn't figure it out for nearly a year until we took it elsewhere and they had to take the rack out again and we saw they hadn't fixed the problem. When youre basically stealing from naive female customers the least you can do is include a free wheel alignment... EDIT: why would we go back to you. It was clear as day to the mechanic and us that the invoice was fraudulent and didn't match the work done to the rack. I recommend people always get a second opinion when going to you so they can ensure the work being done is 1. Necessary and 2. Actually being done. We ended up replacing the rack with a used unit with brand new rack ends and tie rods for less than half your invoice. Shame on you!

The boys were not afraid to tackle my tricky situation with a snapped steel steering line, right on a tight bend and where a banjo eyelet connects. I left a scribe mark and they did the rest: without even seeing the car their repair work bolted right back up in the perfect orientation! Beautiful braze work.

Old style kiwi company. Poor and unresponsive customer service along with high prices. Unfortunately there are only a couple of places in Auckland that do power steering, so they can get away with exorbitant pricing. Overseas you can get new or reconditioned racks for a fraction of what they cost here.
