Highly recommended place to stay. Very clean, tidy and quiet .Very much set up for families with plenty of space for the kids to play . Amazing swimming pool and out door BBQ area. For me I was there for 6 days whilst attending a flying activity at the local airfield not far away. If I were much younger this is where I would have had my family holidays I felt . A very welcoming family feel that's for sure.

This is Superior rate in Top 10 ( classic, Superior and another higher type). Much better facilities we experience in Classic type in Cambridge which has pool, hot tub. Cabin is also better with warmer and better heater ( good for our old folks). Pool is great, water is not cold ( next time our kids will bring swim suits). Hot tub is great to relax. They got Chess as well! Only 2 hour drive from Auckland. Love it!. Book on top of the hill to have a better view. A short walk to visit Waitomo cave to see the glow worm.

Pretty awesome setting, looking out at bush & trees, so relaxing. Host very friendly. Rooms are a good size and bed was comfy. Really close to a cafe, the museum and general store.

Great top ten site. Perfect for a few days on a road trip. Family TV was lovely on our only rainy afternoon. We never booked but it got full just after we arrived so would recommend booking just in case. Walking distance to some of the caves so perfect for family with lots of cafes and restaurants around it.

place was dead i guess covid had alot to do with it unfortunately other then that it was clean had everything there nice pool to swim in and a hot pool as well.
