I attended the Pilates with Vicky. The whole experience was fabulous, from the ladies at reception to using the facilities to change and Vicky's preparation with having the class set out for us. The instructions and content of the session was clear, straight forward and easy to follow. Back ground information given on the various exercises and muscle groups that were being focused on. Overall very professional, friendly, results were achieved and I would recommend Central Lakes Physio and Pilates to anyone.
I have been using Central Lakes Physio for over 4 years for various minor and not so minor injuries. Vicky and Ashley do a wonderful job, they are compassionate and caring and do everything possible to get you back to full health and movement as soon as possible. They take care of all ACC paperwork and make the entire process very user friendly. I thoroughly recommend their services for all injuries and for prevention work. David.
Having had previous physio in Switzerland for my knee, and been to other physios here in town, central lakes physio has been awesome. I was given full programmes which are easy to follow and use and gave me help for in the work place and at home. In depth detailed physio put into simple terms that fitted around me and my crazy life! Boosted my motivation to achieve my goal to get back to ski instructing 7 days a week. Awesome support!!!
I made the switch to Central Lakes after feeling unsatisfied elsewhere and immediately felt comfortable, confident, and very well taken care of under the care of Vicky. It was a great decision for my knee! She is proactive and thorough, really thought through my situation and created a well-rounded recovery plan. She was a strong advocate for me, and pushed to take full advantage of my rights (many of which I was unaware of) through ACC. Vicky is truly great at what she does!!

Very professional and still friendly and welcoming, with their knowledge and experience they not only treat the problem but also the cause with proven results, explaining what treatment they will be using and why to help your recovery. Always get amazing service from all the team, but there is a reason I call Vicky "Magic Hands". Her ability to get the problem quickly and get a result is really appreciated! She has sorted a numbers of things from rebuilding my core strength after pregnancy, to settling down long standing knee issues and fixing the new accident injuries along the way. Highly recommend!
