I am so lucky with the help I got at health 2000. Have to write about it. The wonderful staff helped me so much it’s actually change my life. I discovered a wonderful supplement. I’ve been able to change my every day synthetic drug. to this wonderful alternative. I know everybody is different. So well done to the staff at health 2000. You’ve really altered my life. I felt very comfortable in the store. I look forward to coming back. I also get my skincare at the store. The Antipodes product’s get top makers from me. I absolutely love Them. Make sure you try them, next time you need skin-care.
Terrible! Every time I have gone in there for product the staff never know what they have in their shop and glaze over if you ask them for help. I went in a second time to try give it another shot, asked one of the ladies for a certain product - she had no idea what I was talking about, told me she would go ask another lady but decided to serve someone else as I was left standing there not being served so I walked out and went elsewhere. I do not recommend this shop at all! if you need to go to a health 2000, Frankton is way better and the staff are lovely.
I went in to get some Vitamins, no greeting upon entering, as there was only me in the store, and looked for a bit before asking where the vitamin B was, the woman did show me where they were, but I thought she felt it was an effort as she was in the middle of something on the computer. Not the best customer service I have had and will stick to spending my money at my home towns Health 2000
