Staff seem to be excellent at pointing. They need more encouragement to guide the customer to suggested area rather than point or give direction - isle such in such. Those isles are long! ! 7 or 8 ppl later a fellow took us to the HELP desk where we were finally assisted. I am aware the store is new and poss familiarity of products whereabouts might be limited???

For the future, I hope mitre10 management is caring more about protecting the health of their customers and have essential safety equipment in stock. Items of the safety section were sold out. Staff wasn't well trained on customer service nor knew about the differences in products. Guess I will order online.
Best set of toilets to use during the day, instead of those at the Rhythm and Alps campsite. Bathroom plays music so that the party never stops and you don't have to listen to your neighbour dropping logs. The hand soap smells absolutely delightful and fruity. This place is a sanctuary, a refuge, for those battlers with booze poos.
Lovely helpful staff in Wanaka branch, good wide parks as well. Oh that Cafe, mmmm, it's yummy and best ice choc around. They have Keto options as well. Bought the cheesecake today yum
It's a huge shop and I think they are still looking for what products sell etc seeing as they are only a year old. Good shop.
great layout and selection so clean and new. really liked the large playground/cafe area - great for families!
