Phoned up to enquire about a product. Person on the phone was very rude. Didn't answer my question and he said he would ask his supervisor, he didn't get back on the phone. I could hear him in the backgroud serving other customers. After a few minutes i had to hang up. Very poor customer service.

Albeit there's always a looong queue on their peak times and days, I noticed customers are always well attended and entertained when it's their time. Apart from electronics and crafts and school supplies available, they also have printing and passport photo services.

If you want to PRINT here find another store! Really disappointed service and a waste of time and money. I wait like more than 10minutes and they print in single side of page! Cannot use that material. Only said the colour to the staff but they print in Single Size! Really impolite when i said i cannot use that form of material! The customer service is really terrible!

Thanks Ruth. Great service, the store was busy but when I got to the counter it was 100% efficiency. As for the price ... wowza. Great value and money well spent .... off back to the office on sunday to build another new website.

Ordered a personalized mug on the Sunday, went to pick it up a couple days later and they said their machine was broken. Would love to know why no one gave me a call or email to explain. Customer service is rubbish.

Smaller stationery store as compared to some of their others, but I was able to walk in and within a meter was the printer ink I needed. Then had a quick look at some USB adapters on a shelf nearby, before heading to the counter. Only 1 register I think, but doesn't seem like you'd really be waiting behind more than 1 person on average. Most of the store seemed to be paper and boxes and stuff.
