Very slow service, 2 staff were working but waiting time was 30 minutes plus. Staff didn't look confident at all. I can understand that you need to provide good customer service but waiting time is killing your sale. Please hire more staff or train them to be fast.

20 minutes waiting period for 1 photo print. The staff is very slow and not very proactive. The shop on the other hand has all the stationary you need and office furniture as well. Not a great place to buy laptops or mobiles here as they are extremely expensive compare to other shops. So do look around if you want to buy something electronic

Designer Dentures

Not enough staff to tend to customers then they were not knowledgeable at all about a vinyl cutter device and then when the bluetooth on the device was glitchy and not connecting the staff made a big fuss over the box being open and refused the return. I mean hello? You didn't know much about the device so you said just try it out & return if there is an issue. It is faulty and now you refuse a return. We have a problem Warehouse Stationery Manukau. Really not happy!

Well stocked and well laid out store. The only letdown is the very poor customer service especially at the print desk. There's usually a very long queue here with extremely slow staff. Staff are bit abrupt and not too helpful at times.

Again a 15 minute plus wait to get photos and for the third time in a month they are lost. Easy to order but wait and service in store is forcing me to look for another print provider

Waited 30 minutes for 1 photo but the guy who served me was ok. I now use Snapfish. If you download the app you get 50 free prints per month. You pay 4.95 for delivery though. Takes about one to two weeks to deliver.

Appalled with the customer service here especially from Ben and Donarina (not sure if spelling is right) I can’t believe how we were treated (Thursday 11th of feb) especially working in customer service was always taught differently.
