I ordered 2 sets of passport photos and was told that they would be ready in 15 minutes. I returned after 20 minutes to realize that only 1 set was printed. The staff member Julian did not send the second set for printing. I was told I needed to wait another 15 minutes for the second set. Judging by the other reviews it seems as if this store is known for wasting customer's time.

Very pleased with this service here, by one lady in particular behind the counter. She cut a piece of card to size and glued the picture I needed to the card. We had tried to cut it ourselves but she made it look fantastic, we are so pleased!!! Thank you

went to buy a printer,no staff came nrear us ,so had to ask for help at checkout ,A man reluctantly attended to us after a while was not very helpful.Will go to Albany next time West gate goodby

Absolutely shocking service. Two of your staff were as sharp as a spoon. Could barely understand English. I will say there was one helpful lady at the counter though.

Horrible service. Tried to get some photos printed, they told me a 15-20 minute wait. Going in 25 minutes later, they told me they had just filled the printer with paper and that they'd be ready in 15-20 minutes. Would not recommend going here if you are in a hurry or could be late for something.

Absolutely appealing service. 5 people behind the two Pay or Print counters. Only one staff member serving behind the Print counter. I stood in the queue for print, only to be called over to the Pay counter by staff, as most other customers were as well. I asked to make copies of a document only to be told they couldn't help me, so they went and spoke to someone else but eventually walked off, leaving me at the counter. Another staff member approaches me and I explain what I'm after only to be told the same thing. I tell him that I was called over by staff from the print queue. He's response is I need to go back to that queue and line up again, behind everyone else so that those customers don't get upset that I'm pushing in. What a joke! I walked out and drove 15mins out of my way to another store.
