I used to really enjoy going to this store. The woman working there was lovely, very knowledgeable & pleasant... I went there a few days ago & was treated entirely differently. I felt the woman/current owner was rude, unfriendly & extremely dismissive when I asked for pricing for a special order of Tui Warming Balm 500g... I love buying local & going out of my way to support local people, but this may drive me to purchase that product online. Really rude & 'superiour'!

Good range of all the main natural health products, homeopathics, herbs, oils etc. Can't get this stuff cheap anywhere so I'd say pricing is what you'd expect. Helpful and friendly staff.
