My elderly friend gets the maximum hours by this company that means they should come twice a day. They often dont and she struggles terribly one time she was left so long she injured herself. The careers are usually lovely but it is hard to have any consistency. I am terrified of how she will deal through winter and especially through this covid virus already people are calling in sick and no one is able to replace them. This service is essential and needs better systems to ensure that when employees are sick there is someone available to replace them immediately. These people are trying their best but there is definitely something wrong and the elderly in their care pay the price. When my friend phones the manager she often cannot get through and rearly is called back.i understand this is a job that is tough but more care needs to be taken with stand ins for people who cannot make it also some of the rules around what careers can do need to be relaxed so elderly people can keep their dd feel respected. Please work on ensuring there are enough staff lobby the government for more money if you have to staff need to be paid better to make them get into this work and stay in this work it is so important.

The coordinators are the worst. No communication, no respect for health & disability rights, and cause endless stress by changing days and times for care with no communication to the client. No support from office staff.
