Ordered 4 x LED candles at 45 each. Website says batteries included, vanilla scented, Ivory coloured and the images look gorgeous. Arrived looking like something from Bunnings. Thought they’d impress once turned on. No batteries! No scent. Nordic white (stark) not a softer ivory. Emailed and the response was ‘these are a big seller and customers love them so please return if you don’t want them’. No apology, no care. I asked to be sent a courier ticket to return them. The response was ‘if you don’t want them you need to return at your own cost’. Wow. And meantime the website has been changed (in between emailing me) to remove the batteries included and the reference to a vanilla scent. If you are going to be an online retailer and you want people to shop local the you need to behave much better than this. I spent a lot of time to make sure I purchased in NZ and not from the beautiful Amara or the like, and this is what I got. (owner has posted a reply today 17/03/21 saying there are mistruths here. I have the emails I can screen shot and post if she'd like to continue with her own mistruths).
