We went in to get a mirror cut and mentioned we had a large replacement job and an insurance repair to be done. They offered to quote for it, which they did. We accepted their quotes and never heard any more from them. We chased them up twice and were given excuses and promised someone would contact us to book it in. They billed our insurance company even though they hadn't done the job (we advised them not to pay). Two months later we're so feed up waiting we have cancelled it. We left a message on answer phone as no one answered their phone. They then just sent a text saying sorry didn't get around to it, but have a great Christmas. Thanks for nothing.
