Amazing experience, lovely ladies who really care about giving you the best experience and making sure your stay is great! Stayed in room 5, a cute little corner room with lots of sun streaming in! Overall was a great stay and really felt the aroha from the staff
Well for one thing - Bernadette! After a long drive and gridlock traffic she was a ray of sunshine Friendly, helpful she just lifted our spirits and my son and I feel so welcomed The room was lovely, the beds comfortable, the suite reasonably priced and it had everything you could need Thanks so much - recommended accommodation

Spoke to staff about cancellation of a room due to a family accident and was told that we would receive a full refund and to email for a record. However, days past no email was returned or even a call. Once i called up i was told that the staff gave me wrong information and i would not receive a refund. This is was an unlawful and shameful response, BE CAREFUL ON BOOKING!!! as they will not follow through with what they originally said.
Michelle the owner went out of her way for me when I had a problem with my credit card going through, turned out to be a comms error. She made sure we had everything we needed, and when shared some beautiful fresh fish with us.
