The staff here are all so lovely. Today I had a wonderful experience bringing my 5 month old puppy in to see groomer Jenn for his very first groom. She did an incredible job and I am so grateful. My puppy is currently very scared of strangers but he warmed to her immediately (and didn't bark!!). Highly recommend her. Seriously considering moving vets now. Thank you very much :)
The ladies here were extremely sensitive towards my situation. As hard as the choice was it was the best thing I could have done for my cat. Thank you to all of you.

This was my first experience with Animates Petone and the service was excellent. The staff were friendly and the vet that I saw communicated well and took the time to do a thorough examination. We weren't rushed through as I've experienced before at other places. I was given a lot of detail and had a follow up call with all the information and time to ask questions that I needed. Easily recommend them.
