Usually my go to bank and had no issues previously but last week I went to do some overseas transactions but guy on the counter don't have a clue how to do it even I showed him all the details like IFSC code etc. He was so confused and on top of this suggested me to go to western union around the corner and get it done from there. Also, I have to cancel term deposit but he said as it's on joint account, another party have to be present. Fortunately, I called ANZ and all the queries got solved pretty quickly. Really disappointed with service this time. Wasted my time from work.
